As a family of four, we have fulfilled the dream of our own home with great passion and commitment, creating two beautiful holiday apartments. We placed special emphasis on comfort and many practical details that make the stay a true feel-good experience. The name LIANA comes from the endings of the names of our two daughters, Julia and Lena, who inspire and accompany us every day.

Apartment Lena

The LENA apartment (approx. 45 m²) features a bright dining and living area equipped with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa that can also be converted into a bed, and a satellite flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and many other practical utensils. The bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed (1.60 x 2 m), a dresser, and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a desk with numerous power outlets and USB ports, making the room suitable for smart working. A private bathroom and a private terrace with a garden complete the well-being package!

Apartment Julia

The JULIA apartment (approx. 70 m²) features a bright dining and living area with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The spacious kitchenette is equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and many other practical utensils. This apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with box spring beds (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe, and a dresser. For smart working, there is a small office with a desk, complemented by power outlets and USB ports for an efficient working environment. The well-being package is rounded off with a private bathroom and a private terrace with a garden.

Top Destinations Around Burgstall

Burgstall has everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a supermarket (with continuous opening hours), a well-stocked pharmacy with highly competent staff, various pizzerias and restaurants (Pizzeria Pirri is right across from us and serves authentic, delicious Italian pizza!), a modern and stylish hair salon, and much more!

Our accommodation is the perfect starting point for:

  • Leisurely walks: Volkmarweg trail just above Burgstall, various Waalwege (ancient irrigation channels) in the Burggrafenamt region
  • Hiking: 550 m to the Vöran cable car, 6 km to the Vigiljoch cable car
  • Skiing: 10 km to the Meran 2000 valley station, 28 km to Schwemmalm/Ultental
  • Cycling tours: 1.5 km to the Merano/Bolzano cycle path along the Adige River
  • City trips: 10 km to Merano with its thermal baths and the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff; 20 km to Bolzano with the famous Ötzi Museum

Bus stops are located right in front of the house, providing easy access to Merano and Bolzano. The Burgstall train station is 1.7 km away, and Bolzano Airport is 22 km away.

Additional Information

  • Check-in & Check-out: On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 5:00 PM. If no changeover occurs that day, an earlier arrival may be possible. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed only upon request and for an additional fee.
  • Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. More information is available at www.europaeische.at.
  • Booking: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total travel cost is required. Only then is the booking considered secured. The remaining balance must be paid 4-5 days before arrival.
  • Payment options: Payment is made by bank transfer.
